INTRODUCTION

Commercial Food Laboratory  is a training and learning laboratory where the practical training is  focused  on commercial food production and sensory evaluation. The laboratory has two separate sections/spaces. One for cooking and the other one is for serving food. The serving space is used as restaurant where the food is served to the customers. The cooking space is the kitchen where the food is freshly prepared in bulk with appropriate tools  and kitchen equipment.
