INTRODUCTION
This lab provides teaching facilities for courses such as STM 3304 (Food Processing), STM3106 (Principles of Food Processing and Preservation), STM 3303 (Basic Food Engineering), STM3306 (Unit Operation in Food Processing), TM3107 (Product Development) and STM 3305 (Food Packaging). Among the facilities available in this laboratory are various equipment/ food processing machinery such as the equipment for surimi production, drying, canning, retort, confectionery products, size reduction (miller and grinder), packaging machine and others. These equipment can be used for Final Year Project, Post-Graduate studies and researching.
